The balloon sleeves, elasticated at the base, are dressed with a small frill that conceals the head of the sleeve. The front opening, with hand-embroidered natural mother-of-pearl buttons, lets you dress your little girls without tearing off their noses or ears. The dress is fully lined in cotton voile, and the side seams are made with French seam.
