Pink cotton velvet skirt. A skirt whose shape is inspired by Scottish kilts, flat in front and pleated at the back. We've also inserted a large flat pleat in the back as a little fantasy between the lying and sewn pleats. All these pleats and flats are supported by an elasticated belt loops in the back. Where the Scots hold the flap in place with a pin, we've banished the pin and replaced it with four buttons for added security.
