Romper in plain pastel blue cotton gauze. The flat back contrasts with the front, where the upper part, on either side of the button placket, is adorned with tonal honeycomb smocking. Short, balloon sleeves and a topstitched Claudine collar provide elegant structure to this romper. Below the waist, the smocks loosen their gathers to give volume to the bloomer, whose thighs are elasticated. Three crotch snaps make changing easy. Natural mother-of-pearl buttons close the button placket. The combibloomer is fully lined to compensate for the thinness and slight transparency of the cotton gauze.
